Ill. Potentate Frank Ullmann represented Emirat Shriners at the Annual Communication of the American Canadian Grand Lodge AF&AM of Germany and congratulated MW Luis Baez Delgado on being re-elected. He also congratulated RW Thomas Litz on being re-elected as Deputy Grandmaster. MW Luis and RW Thomas are both proud Nobles of Emirat Shriners.
